short runner intake is here. After years of making and using short runner intakes
for vr6 forced induction applications it has enabled us to design and build
the best intake for vr6.
The best benefits of a short runner intake are:
Removing throttle body from over hot exhaust manifold and placing
It in front of engine allowing easy and efficient plumbing of forced induction
system. This also removes the intake charge from flowing over the exhaust and
head before entering the engine.
Intakes are one piece top quality a356/t6 cast aluminum.
All machining to intakes are done cnc mill. Comes with 1/2" ID fuel rail.
Stainless steel countersunk fasteners. Powder coated throttle cable bracket.
Uses obd1 throttle body. Has three 1/8" ntp port and one 1/4" ntp
port.
No one has put more research and design into a vr6 intake. Only us having many high hp (500hp+) vr6 under our belt makes this possible.
