1.8 / VR6 Level 0 Axles
Level 1 axles for the 1.8T and VR6 manual platforms. This axle with its newly designed inner c.v. with tripod design is 30% stronger that the inferior factory unit, it has a 4130 (now 4340) chrome molly center bar and 1117 billet outer c.v., this is great alternative to factory axles and a must for upgraded drive trains.

VR6 Drive Train Stage 2 Axle System
Stage 2 axle comes with crome molly inner cage c.v., our race proven torsional tubular center that torsionally twist but does not distort. The outer is our 1117 billet unit that is 30% stronger than the stock VW unit (stock unit is brittle) the system is a great uprade to any street or track car.

Extreme Level 3 Systems 4 cyl (pre 97)
This is the level 3 unbreakable VW system. The kit comes complete with both axles that have our chrome molly inner cage, the tubular torsional center that torsionally twists but does not distort. The thing that makes this system stand out is the chrome molly outer c.v., it is larger than the stock unit and virtually unbreakable. Hubs come ready to install with any of the 3 hub styles offered by VW so click away and you will never brake an axle again. This system can be done with our road/rally package. Polished and matched, all the internals use a special vented boot and a very special synthetic grease. There would be no need for this unless the axle would see extreme heat like a road race or pro-type rally car would see.

1.8t Extreme Stage 3 Axle / Hub Combo
Like stage 3 and up axles, this system comes with a race proven chrome molly outer c.v. 4340 torsional center with our exclusive double temper. Custom hub to accomidate the larger c.v. (sorry the abs system will not work with this system). We use a custom cross groove ball and cage inner c.v., making this the strongest axle system for 1.8T cars.

Extreme Level 5 650 HP System
This is the most extreme system for the VW, what they have done is remove the drive flange going into the trans. and replaced it with a 300M spline and traditional inner c.v. This is a complete set with both axles and a set of custom hubs to handle what you can throw at it. It is what we use on our drag car
